‘Fast & Furious 10’ sets the release date of its first trailer and Tyrese Gibson gets excited

Vin Diesel warned for a couple of months: ‘Fast & Furious 10’ trailer is coming. She commented on this January 5 in a post on her official Instagram account, announcing a release for next month. Now Colliders confirms the date by stating that on February 10 we would see that first preview of the tenth chapter of the saga. At that moment the promotion of a film whose premiere is set for May 19 would kick off, so we would be faced with a marketing campaign of just over two months.

Universal will rev up its engines for The Fast Family to return to theaters kicking off with an advance that it will arrive just two days before the Super Bowl, as happened with the trailer of ‘Fast & Furious 9’ in 2021. On that occasion, said studio organized a concert in Miami (United States) with live performances by Cardi B, Wiz Khalifa, Charlie Puth, Ozuna and Ludacris, a plan that it is unknown if it will be repeated for the trailer of ‘Fast X ‘ which, according to the aforementioned North American media, it would last well over three minutes. Also, two days after the premiere of this trailer, the new Toretto-led Vin Diesel film will have a TV spot at the North American National Football League sporting event.

“Fast & Furious 10”, first part of the definitive conclusion of one of the most successful original sagas in the history of cinemait will have the return of most of the regulars, Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang or Nathalie Emmanuel, but it also comes with major signings. Rita Moreno joins the franchise as Nonna Toretto and alongside her also join Brie Larson, Alan Ritchson, Daniela Melchior and Jason Momoa, who plays the villain. After the sudden departure of Justin Lin, who decided to leave his position as director, Louis Leterrier (‘Transporter’, ‘Now You See Me’) joined the controls with a script by Lin himself, Dan Mazeau and Gary Scott Thompson.

Surface emotion

Just a couple of days after commenting on the arrival of the ‘Fast & Furious 10’ trailer, Vin Diesel wanted to share a photo with Tyrese Gibson, both posing smiling. “If you had told me in 2010 when we first worked together that by 2023 we would be on the shores of Turks and Caicos talking about all the countries we are about to visit for the launch of the finale [no lo habría creído]. Oh. surreal”says Diesel, aware of those 14 years that have passed since “The Fast and the Furious (At full throttle),” the first installment.

Gibson was quick to reply leaving a very emotional comment which underlies that concept of ‘family’ that the Fast team lavishes in front of and behind the cameras. “[Cuando empezamos] we were kids on the playground looking left and right and marveling at all the new friends we could make. And as you get older you realize the difference between quantity and QUALITY.”.
