Kathryn Dennis Confirms She’s Leaving ‘Southern Charm’ After 8 Seasons: It’s Been A ‘Wild Ride’

kathryn dennis31, is coming out of southern charm. The TV personality, who began appearing in the series’ first season in 2013, has revealed that he will be leaving after eight memorable seasons, in a new statement to People. He also recalled that she was only 21 when he started the journey.

“What a wild ride it was!” she said in the statement. “Can you believe I was 21 when I started filming southern charm, returned in its first season ? It was 2013, and in the decade since, I can confidently say my life has changed in ways I never could have imagined. It hasn’t always been easy, but I’m so lucky to have reality cameras there, capturing so many moments I’ll never forget (and some I wish I could).”

“You watched me become a mother to two amazing boys and build friendships that I will always cherish,” she continued. “And through it all, the love you showed me not only gave me the strength I needed to go through it all, it also helped me realize that I wasn’t alone. I’m very grateful.”

“I will carry that love with me as I enter this next chapter of my life, away from the southern charm Lens,” he added before concluding with gratitude to the program network. “I am grateful to Bravo, the producers of Haymaker and my fellow Charleston cast members for everything. And I’m excited for what comes next. If it’s like the last decade, it will be a trip to remember. GR [let’s f—ing go].”

Kathryn’s statement comes later Final deadline reported that he would only be a guest star in southern charmupcoming ninth season. A source also recently said Sun that the network decided not to renew his contract because he was “tired” of his constant “absences” and his behavior during the filming of the episodes.

“He doesn’t show up on time or show up often during filming,” the source said. “Treat people like they’re beneath her. She can’t stand anyone doing better or getting more attention than her.

Kathryn made her debut in southern charm when she started dating a former cast member Thomas Ravenel and their rocky relationship was highlighted throughout several seasons of the show.
