“Special Forces” recap: Jamie Lynn Spears and 2 other recruits leave as tensions mount

Nastia considers letting her teammates down. Mike also tries to convince Nastia to stay, but she has already made up her mind. Nastia tells the DS that some of her teammates are uncomfortable with being given special treatment, so she hands over her bracelet.

There are only 10 recruits left. The DS team picks Gus as their next recruit for review. They confront him about showing off earlier in the day, and he’s honest about why he’s been rude to them.

The tension between everyone builds as the day ends. Kenya complains about Mel B’s cigarette smoke, which triggers Mel B. The Spice Girls icon decides to leave at that moment. Mike’s attempt to get Mel B to stay fails. “I think I did what I set out to do,” says Mel B. He hands over his bracelet and now there are only 9 recruits after 3 days.
