‘Avatar 3’ will introduce a new race of Na’vi, the fire tribe

James Cameron continues to conquer the box office with ‘Avatar: The Way of Water’ which managed to top the box office for the third consecutive week. Now, the director has clarified that the third film will introduce a new type of Na’vi, never seen on Pandora, and that they will be fire specialists.

Although, until now, humans had been the main enemies of the saga, James Cameron will present the Na’Vi of fire in ‘avatars 3’. The director confirmed this during an interview with 20 Minutes. “So far I’ve only shown the good side of him. In the early films, there are very negative human examples and very positive Na’vi examples,” Cameron said.

The Fire-type Na’vi ‘avatars 3’ they are known as “Ash people”, or “Pueblo de ash” in Spanish. These denizens of Pandora are the opposite of the “good” blue giants that appeared in the two films, and are much more aggressive than anything seen so far. Additionally, he said the Disney franchise will explore “new universes as we continue the story of the main characters.”
