Fans are excited for the return of Hugh JackmanHe’s Wolverine in the upcoming movie Deadpool 3. It was revealed to fans in September that we’d have to wait two years for Marvel’s Wolverine and Deadpool collaboration, but the fact that it’s officially happening is unbelievable! Since it will be a while before we see the film, we don’t have many details on the story, but it has been confirmed by Jackman himself that this new film “will not spoil the Logano timeline.”
Jackman recently sat down with The Empire Film Podcast, and was asked if he thought about his character’s longevity within the MCU in this return, and if he’ll return for movies after that. Deadpool 3. Jackman explained:
“I guess every movie is done, that’s how I look at it. I’ll be honest, I was originally on a two-picture deal, but I still thought it was a finished movie. You know, there weren’t any comic book movies back then, so I’ll take one.” at a time.I’m lucky this way,I don’t have to think further,but I think it’s the best way to go.
I think that means Jackman is open to continuing the character. He didn’t say no, and I know he’s excited to join the MCU and work with his best enemy. Ryan Reynolds. So we’ll just have to see how the story goes, and hopefully see them both return for more movies after this one.
Deadpool 3 will be released in theaters on November 8, 2024.
