Hugh Jackman teases DEADPOOL 3 and Wolverine’s hateful relationship with Deadpool

Hugh Jackman he’s talking Deadpool 3 once again teasing some details about Wolverine’s relationship with Ryan Reynolds’ Dead Pool. During a recent interview with The Empire Film Podcast, Jackman was asked about the state of the relationship between the two superheroes, and Jackman explained that they hate each other:

“How do I classify it? Ten is very close, zero is reality, we are zero, we are opposites, we hate each other. I’m just talking from my point of view, [Logan’s] frustrated with him, wants to be a million miles away from him or wants to punch him in the head. Unfortunately, she can’t be a million miles away from him in this movie, so I’m probably going to be punching him in the head a lot.

Fans will definitely show up to see it! Jackman previously described the film as a 48 hoursadventure-style with the two characters, and Reynolds previously shared that “it was going to be a journey between Deadpool and Logan. Rashmon style. For real.”

Director Shawn Levi recently discussed the film’s R-rated content by teasing how violent and gross it will be, saying:

“We’re writing, rewriting, developing, prepping ‘Deadpool’ every day now. It’s so much fun to laugh every day. It’s so delightful to listen and write and come up with these scenes where people talk shit. And the violence is in your face and hardcore, and it’s just a ‘Deadpool’ movie.”

Jackman also talked about how they were able to bring Wolverine back to life and integrate him into the MCU, assuring fans that Deadpool 3 would not interfere with Logan’s timeline:

“All because of this device that they have in the Marvel world to move between timelines, now we can go back because, you know, it’s science, so I don’t have to mess up Logan’s timeline, which was important to me. And I think probably the fans too.

Deadpool 3 it is scheduled to be released on November 8, 2024.
