The 2026 Emmy Awards wrapped Monday night at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, but the candid moments kept coming long after the trophies were handed out, from a kiss in the press room to a homecoming with the dogs.
The Pitt took home Outstanding Drama Series, Widow's Bay won Outstanding Comedy Series, and the night also brought honors for Rhea Seehorn, Allison Janney and Noah Wyle, among others.
In the press room, Wyle planted a kiss on his wife, Sara Wells.
He later took a selfie of the two of them kissing at the Governors Gala that followed the ceremony.
Backstage laughs and stolen kisses
Allison Janney and David Harbour goofed around with their awards backstage, with Janney peering through hers and Harbour posing alongside fellow winner Jason Bateman.
At the HBO Max after-party, a very pregnant Kaley Cuoco was seen kissing Tom Pelphrey, who won Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Task.
Elsewhere, Kaia Gerber towered over Igby Rigney at the Walt Disney Company's Emmy Awards Celebration at Vibiana.

The celebrations spilled out across Los Angeles once the ceremony ended. Brooks Nader stopped to greet fans while attending one of the Emmy after-parties.

At Apple TV's event, Jon Hamm's wife showed off her baby bump, while Lindsey Normington modeled a bra. Stephen Colbert posed there with his wife, Evelyn McGee Colbert, after his own win of the night.

Some of the night's more relaxed moments played out on Instagram, where Sofia Vergara was still wearing her strapless pink gown as she held her dogs after arriving home from the ceremony.
Emmy Awards 2026 winners
The Pitt's Outstanding Drama Series win came alongside a lead actor award for Wyle and a supporting actress win for Allison Janney, who took the prize for her role in The Diplomat. Rhea Seehorn won Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for Pluribus.
Widow's Bay had a big night beyond its Best Comedy win, with Katie Dippold winning for writing and Hiro Murai for directing the series.
Matthew Rhys became the first actor to win two leading actor Emmys in one night, taking Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for Widow's Bay and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for The Beast in Me.
Sally Field was a surprise winner for Remarkably Bright Creatures, while Stephen Colbert picked up Outstanding Variety Series for The Late Show, a program that has since been canceled.
