Olivia Rodrigo shared a Christmas carol she wrote as a child with fans via her newsletter on Friday.
The 19-year-old singer-songwriter has released the jingle, titled The Bels, although it is not available for fans to listen to on Spotify, Apple Music or other streaming services.
She shared the song in the newsletter along with a short Christmas message for her devoted fans.

She wrote: “Hi guys!!! Hope everyone is doing well! I miss you! It’s getting cold in LA [and] Delay for the holidays. I put my little silver Christmas tree in my living room [and] it makes me super happy.
“I am so looking forward to the new year [and] all in stock! I hope you have a loving Christmas season [and] Relaxation. Always thinking of you! Love, Liv.”
Fans have been anticipating new music from the bold singer ever since she teased that she would be releasing new music for fans in her Spotify Wrapped post.
“I just wanted to say thank you so much for listening to my music this year,” gushed the star, who has more than 35 million monthly listeners on the music streaming platform.

“I really couldn’t be more grateful and I’m so excited for next year and all the new things and new music that 2023 will bring,” she teased.
Despite being released in 2021, Sour was the third most streamed album in the world, according to Variety.
She was defeated by Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti and Harry Styles’ Harry’s House. Sour was also the fifth most streamed album in the United States.

The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star has received numerous awards for the album over the past year, including three Grammy wins out of a total of seven nominations.
Olivia talked about the new album in an interview with Billboard that appeared in February.
“I have a title for my next album and a few songs,” she said at the time. “It’s really exciting for me to think about the next world ahead of me. I just love writing songs. I try not to put too much pressure on myself. [I want to] Just explore a little and enjoy now.

Although she hasn’t released any new music, fans have been treated to new content from the California native.
In March, she released a documentary titled Olivia Rodrigo: Driving Home 2 U in which she drove from Salt Lake City to Los Angeles and talked about the production of Sour.
The driver’s license singer toured from April to July this year, starting in Portland, Oregon and ending in London, England.
It has reached a total of 10 countries, including – but not limited to – Canada, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
