The film crew was plagued by several setbacks.

Really terrible things happened on the set of the cult film. For many people, working on a film costs the most valuable thing: health.

Lead actress Kate Winslet contracted pneumonia after splashing in the water. The thing is, the Rose on screen refused to wear a wetsuit. Therefore, the scene of parting with her lover turned into trouble for the actress.

Once the problem happened to the entire film crew involved in the work on the Titanic. The fact is that the team members ate soup, in which prohibited substances were later found. Fortunately, it all ended well in the end.

Not everyone left the site unscathed, however. The director of the picture, James Cameron, initially did not want to resort to computer graphics, which put the extras at risk. Some of them suffered serious injuries and damage to organs, such as the spleen, the Chips portal shares.
