2022 American Music Awards Winners List: Taylor Swift Reigns, Wins Female Artist Of The Year Award

Taylor Swift won big at the 2022 American Music Awards, taking home six awards, including artist of the year.

“In the last few years I have released more music than in the entire decade before,” she said during her acceptance speech. “I really feel like it comes from the fact that you, the fans, made it clear that you wanted to hear a lot of music that I would make – you encouraged me.”

Swift said the more music she released, the happier she felt and thanked fans for their happiness because they are the motivators.

Other winners of the night included Beyoncé, Favorite R&B Artist, and Bad Bunny, who took home two, including Favorite Making Latin Artist. Harry Styles, BTS, Morgan Wallen, Tems, Wizkid and Kendrick Lamar each received two awards
