The 49-year-old said she was often asked why she didn’t have children and admitted she got pregnant eight years ago with ex-husband Jonathan Bennett.

“We actually got pregnant with Jono and I lost the baby at 12 weeks. So that was about the day I could tell everyone,” she said.
And it was really heartbreaking. I went through a complete home birth. And I saw the baby.
Poh said she shared her story because it is important for women to be open about a miscarriage.

“I like to bring it up because I think people need to talk about it,” she said.
“And I think it’s that kind of silent grief that women have to go through all the time.”
She continued, “I really like to confront my emotions up front. I think it’s very healthy. I don’t like to bury anything.

“But it was probably one of the scariest things I’ve ever experienced.”
In February 2021, Poh announced that she had separated from Jonathan – who is almost ten years younger than her married six years.
The couple, who met on the set of MasterChef, were together for a total of 12 years, but eventually their age difference came between them.
