In her latest interview, Katy spilled tea on how she handles the balance when she has to tell her 2-year-old daughter. Meanwhile, Katy has been using her humor to distract herself from a recent viral incident at one of her concerts. As fans tried to figure out why the singer’s right eye didn’t close properly at the end of one of her Las Vegas performances, Katy took to Instagram on Thursday, Oct. 27, to joke about the incident…and to connect. no city residency while you do!

Posting a clip of the eye glitch midway through the show, the “Fireworks” hitmaker seemed to hint that news that his PLAY residency would be extended would make anyone “flop” with enthusiasm. “POV: When you see the new PLAY dates of 2023,” he captioned the hilarious clip. In the lengthy accompanying message, Katy also urged fans, including conspiracy theorists, to come watch the show.
