Three Men and a Child was not only a successful 80s Hollywood comedy, but also a movie surrounded by a terrible mystery. After all, while some viewers looked at the screen with pleasure, others were ready to hide their heads in horror in pillows.
In the 35 years that have passed since its release, the tape has found a successful “afterlife” and became the plot for an ominous legend. Since the early 90s, there have been rumors that a real ghost accidentally entered the camera lens during filming.
Indeed, in the background of one of the scenes, a ghostly figure appears, peeking out from behind the curtains. This ghost eventually had an eerie backstory about a nine-year-old boy who allegedly committed suicide at the movie house, Yahoo/Entertainment wrote.
“Maybe Disney made it up! The story was that this child died in the house where we were filming. I’ve seen these images and they look creepy. But we filmed in a special set,’ the performer of one of the main roles, Tom Selleck, debunked the myth.
