The artist’s revelations shocked fans. In a new interview, he said that he really resorted to the help of doctors to correct his appearance. However, he says Efron did this because he accidentally disfigured himself – he slipped on the floor at home and slammed his face into a granite fountain.
“I lost consciousness and when I woke up, my jawbones were hanging off my face. During the recovery period, the facial muscles started to grow very strongly, to slow down their growth, I worked with a physiotherapist,” he said in an interview with Men’s Health.
