The actor Antonio Resines has returned to David Broncano’s program after several months of absence to promote his new comedy: We apologize for the inconvenience† A series of Movistar+ which stars alongside Miguel Rellán and will be available from April 8. Antonio Resines took advantage of his return to reiterate the need to help public health, discussing his traumatic experience in the ICU and did not hesitate to answer the program’s classic questions.
Antonio Resines returned to . last Thursday The resistance, a program in which he had left beautiful moments as an employee and in which he once again showed his great sense of humor. The actor began his speech emphasizing the need to help public health: “I’ve had a hard time in the hospital and I want to sing a song for them. Let them continue to hire people because more resources are needed .” Resines admitted: “I know nobody likes taxes and we can think they are poorly distributed, but part of it goes to the GGD and they need more money”. An Antonio Resines who did not hesitate to praise the toilets, once again emphasizing the importance of solving this situation: “If something serious happens to you, go to the public, they are great, but they have no staff, resources… they are suffocated. The famous Covid contracts made to them are piling up. It’s a question of money,” adds the actor in a program recorded in the afternoon last Monday.
Upon his return to David Broncano’s program, Antonio Resines showed that he has recovered from his time in the hospital. And it is that the actor was admitted to the Gregorio Marañón hospital in Madrid for a total of 48 days. “I wanted to die, I couldn’t anymore. I even told the doctors,” he said a few days ago. A long shot caused by a coronavirus infection that caused “acute respiratory failure leading to bilateral pneumonia”, giving him a 97% chance of dying. Resines also explained how delirious he was during his hospital stay, where he constantly mixed his dreams with reality: “I was in my world. The curious thing is that as your health improves or deteriorates, the world your mind is in is also better or worse,” he noted. “In my mind I was in a very similar place to where I was. It was like an IC,” the actor added.
The Cantabrian admitted that after his release from the hospital, he had to “spend several days apologizing to all the health personnel” who had remained by his side during his long stay. And it’s that, as the actor himself said: “I suddenly suddenly woke up and thought that all the doctors were ETA members and wanted to kill me.” An obsession that haunted him for weeks and led to his constant alertness: “I ended up being buried three times in the Puerta de Alcalá. They always killed me. He was in a permanent state of threat, but occasionally made me laugh,” the actor said. He also admitted that he was convinced that “he was microchipped” and that “he had to be paid large sums of money in order not to die”.
On his return to the most popular Movistar+ show, the Cantabrian again showed his great sense of humor, and did not hesitate to use it to answer the classic questions on the program: “If I had that money, would I go to a program like La Resistencia? No joke! Neither here nor to anyone else. But come on, I’ve already answered you about the money, that I don’t have a cent.” A moment later, Broncano reminded him “that the first time he went to the program he confessed that he had 11 million euros.” A statement to which Resines would quickly reply: “Now that I have no money in the bank, it has recovery from the coronavirus cost me a lot,” adds the actor. An Antonio Resines who also does not dodge the famous question about sexual intercourse and evades with a more than ingenious answer: “After the trance I experienced, they are cheeky. Corticosteroids cause beastly erections, like a horse,” Resines says. A reaction that would soon unleash the applause and laughter from all those present at the Teatro Príncipe Gran Vía. A small round of applause after which the actor concluded with: “It has become clear: I am poor and a sexual beast” that he once again moved the audience from their seats.
