According to the Gazeta.ru portal, opera singer Anna Netrebko will perform on August 26 in Slovenia’s Ljubljana, where the annual music festival takes place.
Ukrainian citizens living in the city demanded a ban on the Russian singer’s concert, but Netrebko decided to go on stage anyway.
The Slovenian government also did not listen to the protesters and ordered to strengthen the security of the cultural center where the performance will take place.
