TIFF today announced the Short Cuts section, consisting of 39 animated short films, documentaries and live narratives by filmmakers representing 18 countries.
Another breakdown includes 21 world premieres and 15 North American premieres presented in 20 different languages from countries such as Portugal, China, Colombia, Mongolia, Kenya, Ukraine, United States, United Kingdom and Canada.
