The 37-year-old reality star came out in a low-cut nude dress that hugged her lower body and fell to the floor.

Kardashian nanny Andreza Cooper shared a photo with Khloé & Lamar star on Instagram on the way to the event.
Cooper wore a pink dress with ruffled sleeves. Her neckline went down and ended in the middle of her chest, showing off her large bust quite a bit.
She tied her black locks in a ponytail and accentuated her dress with matching pink earrings.
Cooper called the shoot “Carpool Premiere with Goddess @khloe kardashian.” After adding two emoji stars, he added: “The Kardashians will debut on Hulu (Star no Brasil) on April 14.

Khloé’s appearance at the event wasn’t long after she spoke about her rhinoplasty, which she admitted last year.
When a fan tweeted about the operation, her daughter revealed that True went under the knife for just “a few weeks” before she turned one year old in April 2019.
‘Yes! I talked about that in my meeting with Andy Cohen,” she wrote. “I got it a few weeks before True’s first birthday. I love it!”
Another fan talked about a difficult recovery period after rhinoplasty, but Khloe replied: ‘Stop!!! Mine wasn’t too bad. This is crazy. Honestly it was that easy for me. The only thing I regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.’
