Based on the life story of rock star Tina Turner, the hit musical Tina will be performing in Australia with a local cast and crew.
“We are very optimistic that we will find the wonderful Tinas,” he told AAP.
“We’ve had a few in London because you need them. We’re sure we’ll have a dynamite squad,” he said.
The show premiered in the UK capital in 2018 and continued to break box office records.
Known as the queen of rock and roll, Tina Turner has sold over 100 million records and received 12 Grammy Awards.
Growing up in an abusive family and surviving an abusive marriage to her first husband and musical partner, Ike Turner, the artist rose to international fame as a solo artist in 1984 with her star album Private Dancer.
Dainty was involved in the music project seven years ago — before a script or a signed contract with the star — believed that Tina Turner’s life story coupled with her songs would become a hit show.

“Laugh together, cry together, get excited and hear these great songs from the show that not many musicals can deliver,” she said.
Tina Turner has a longstanding relationship with Australia and first toured the country in the 1970s.
He co-starred with Mel Gibson in the 1985 film Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, and his hit song The Best became the soundtrack to memorable National Rugby League campaigns.
“Australia has always shared a great deal of love with me… It is very special to me that we will be together,” Turner said on Monday.
“The message of joy, passion and flexibility in my music is now more important than ever.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for welcoming me back with open arms.”
