The star could have stayed if he hadn’t made a mistake.
Sandra Bullock quit acting because she hadn’t built her life right. Recently, the 58-year-old star admitted that she just had a burnout at work. But this could have been prevented.
According to psychologist Andrei Zberovsky, one of the reasons for the actress’s burnout is that she became attached to the image of an attractive woman. But the age of the celebrity no longer allows her to play young beauties, and therefore had to move on to other roles. This apparently led to a burnout: Bullock was not ready for new roles.
The specialist also noted that burnout occurs when a person is disrespected and unappreciated at work. The second reason is the inability to rest properly.
“To avoid burnout, you need to do sports and spend quality weekends. Plus, it’s important to be able to enjoy your work,” Zberovsky told PopCornNews.
