Urdangarin and Ainhoa’s strategy with an important date ahead

The Infanta Cristina and Iñaki Urdangarin enjoyed the beaches of Bidart last August, not knowing that the Duke of Palma would visit them this summer along with another woman, Ainhoa Armentia. The ex-partner has several summers in Bidart with his four children, with whom they played paddle tennis and enjoyed the waves. In 2012, they exchanged Mallorca for this corner of the French Basque Country, where we have seen them repeatedly.

How will the infanta Cristina have been when she sees herself repeating the stage with Ainhoa? It probably won’t be tasteful but it seems that the ex-partner is one step away from signing the divorce† This last year marked a before and after in the life of the Duke and Duchess of Palma. Iñaki is still trying to build a professional future in the sports world, while his girlfriend continues to work in Vitoria, his hometown, where he lives with his two teenage children. The infanta’s children are much more dispersed. Pablo and Miguel enjoyed a few days in Formentera with their father, showing that they support the Infanta and Iñaki in the same way.

Irene, the youngest of the four siblings, is the one who would accept the worst of her parents’ divorce. The 17-year-old is trying to assimilate little by little, although she is currently in Geneva next to her mother. The eldest son of the Dukes of Palma, Juan, appears absent and is currently not seen with Urdangarin.

These last few months without being seen with Ainhoa have given rise to all sorts of speculation. Alienation, breakup… everything indicated that the relationship was going through a crisis, until the images on the beach this weekend managed to dispel all those rumors. It seems that when the summer returns, the divorce will take place between Cristina and Iñaki, and the former son-in-law of the emeritus king may move in with his new girlfriend. Last April, they signed the dissolution of the capitulations, that is, of their marriage contract. Cristina and Iñaki married under the regime of separation of propertyand in 2015, they liquidated all their assets to pay the bail imposed on Urdangarin for the Nóos case.

The infanta has custody of her four children, although her ex-husband can see them whenever he wants. Despite the abrupt breakup and the “surprising” images with which Iñaki’s new relationship was revealed, it seems that the ex-partner will continue to care for the well-being of their children. Doña Cristina tries to turn the page and her physical appearance confirms that little by little she is succeeding. The infanta took years from her and also decided to go through the operating room. Felipe VI’s sister reappeared in Barcelona with her son Pablo, where we could see a noticeable physical change.

The Infanta Cristina wore a new haircut, staying true to the blonde tone but having a layered cut at the height of the men which gave her a much more youthful appearance. The Emeritus King’s daughter has a much slimmer figure thanks to her gym sessions, but most notably, the signature wart she had on her nose was completely gone. It seems that the infanta decided to go through the operating room to get rid of it after so many years, and there was no trace of the wart or any scar left. While it was the most noticeable absence, there was also a presence that caught the eye. The Infanta Cristina continues to wear her wedding ring.

The fact that she’s wearing her wedding ring suggests she’s having a hard time turning the page. It was even speculated that it was Urdangarin himself who decided to be seen in public with Ainhoa so that his ex-wife would verify that the marriage had broken up completely. Anyway, Cristina de Borbón is doing her best to get on with her lifeand the change of look and his visits to the gym prove it.
