Megan Barton Hanson says she now thinks her friends should talk about the adult films they watch after admitting she felt “uncomfortable” watching them when she was younger.
Reality TV star Megan Barton Hanson revealed how uncomfortable it made her to watch porn when she was younger, but now she fully accepts it.
The 24-year-old exotic model from Essex just wrote a Vice column about her journey into the genre, where she admitted she had qualms in the beginning.
She wrote: “Porn doesn’t make me feel insecure or depressed these days, but it did when I was younger.

“I think not everyone feels safe as a teenager. At 18, if my boyfriend watched porn, I would take it personally, especially if the girls in the videos looked completely different to me.
“But when I got older and started having fun, it faded away. The more you create your relationship, the more you begin to understand that it can be a way to discover different things and experience what makes you float in that moment.
The former Love Island star thinks we’d all be better off as a society if porn wasn’t seen as a secret activity, but as a healthy addition to life that can be talked about in public.
He also thinks it would be a good idea to start talking about porn with your friends on the weekends, saying that turning your viewing habits into a “normal conversation with your friends” “would help people hear it.”

Megan said it could help build trust between friends and thinks sex between partners could also be enhanced by exploring explicit videos together.
He concluded that talking about pornography with your boyfriend or girlfriend can be a “positive experience” and suggested that readers ask their lovers what they like “right now”.
“One thing can lead to another and before you know it, you’ll try it yourself,” the reality star said.
