“I always prefer the originals. Marilyn herself was much more interesting and profound than the one she got to see. I feel very comfortable with biopics. Because the attempt to create a portrait likeness always annoys me. Biopics cannot be 100% biography, because they are author versions after all,” the film journalist said in an interview with PopCornNews.
