Harry Styles’ teacher, Ms. Vernon, praised the singer’s “beautiful tribute” after she gave up her worries to dedicate a song to him at Old Trafford.
Speaking in Lorraine on Friday, Ms. Vernon admitted that she was not actually present at the concert where the star paid her homage, but was briefed by one of her colleagues, who was part of the crowd of 74,000 fans.
At the Wednesday concert, Harry repeatedly told the audience how special it was to play the “home show” in the corner of where he grew up in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire, and even tried to find his old teacher.

Ms Vernon told Lorraine, “I wish I was there, but my colleague Miss Bailey, who was there, called right away.
“I saw the video and it was a great tribute and a really cool thing to do.”
When Lorraine was asked if she had always been a “little angel” during her elementary school days, her teacher added: “Sometimes. Sometimes she was an angel. Sometimes she can be that way, you know… she has a sassy and beautiful side.
