Shirley Ballas enjoyed staying at a juice retreat where she took part in hiking, yoga, and colon, and Shirley said her stay was “a long time ago.”

The 61-year-old Strictly Come Dancing judge posted plenty of photos from her living room on Instagram on Tuesday, and the star said “I’m glad I took the time to focus on myself.”

Shirley’s stay at Juice Master Retreats comes a few months after she suffered from health issues and had to undergo a series of tests on all of her organs after fans noticed a lump in her armpit last year.

Shirley also shared a photo of her intense activity schedule like volleyball, yoga, hiking and of course, the juicer.

In her post, Shirley wrote, “Well, what a great experience here with @jasonvale @juicemasterretreats. Knowing about water was absolutely transformative. The program is tough, but you can do as much or as little as you want.

“I did everything today and I am so tired but proud of myself. The walk was simply beautiful, the scenery was breathtaking. All the lessons are informative and professionally taught at all levels, very impressive. Today I also tried the volleyball lol trampoline, it was an experience in itself.’

“The Latin Queen” continued, “I’m glad I’m taking time to focus on myself, doing things I’ve loved for a long time, and meeting really great people. I’ve also done a colon cleanse to cleanse my system, which I love and feel really lighter and cleaner on the inside.

Shirley in November, She screened at King’s College Hospital after doctors expressed concern about her high testosterone levels.

Doctors were initially looking for a suspicious lump in the armpit after worried fans spotted it on Strictly in October.

Medical examinations also revealed a shadow on his kidney, but the doctor gave him all clarity.

Speaking with Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid about her recent health trip on Good Morning Britain in November, Shirley shared how she initially ignored her fans’ comments about her alarm but sought help from her family doctor after she left. More worrying news is coming.

“It’s been the last two weeks – everything else I’ve done has been like a whirlwind.

“I did a Paso Doble move, raised my right arm, and some people contacted me and I ignored it, and then there were about 11 people and I thought, ‘No, I better go to the doctor.

“I went to my doctor, he felt a little round and didn’t feel anything, but he had a blood test a few months ago. I didn’t come back for the results, it was my fault and he was shocked.

The ballroom champion said he hopes the star will have her results soon, after initially voicing concerns about her testosterone levels and how she will undergo further testing at King’s College London hospital.

Shirley has since cleared up, and after weeks of worry she told fans, “I can breathe now.”
