Fans of the Marvel universe continue to guess whether they will see Chris Hemsworth in the role of Thor in a new solo film.
The actor himself does not yet give an unambiguous answer, but does not hide – he had the desire to return to the image of the Scandinavian God.
Chris Hemsworth said that Torah will only play in the fifth film if the screenwriters can offer a real new and deep story for the character. Although such an idea is not, the fate of “Tor 5” remains open.
In a recent interview with BBC, Hemsworth admitted that it all depends on how the events in the coming Avengers: Judgement Day.
“Let’s see where this story will lead. Now we are just discussing the fate of each character and we understand what will happen,” the actor shared.

Hemsworth also honestly noticed that the latest film “Thor: Love and Thunder” caused the audience contradictory emotions:
“I was dragged by improvisation and humor, and in the end I started to parod myself a bit. It didn’t work the way I would like.”
Nevertheless, the actor does not lose any enthusiasm and he is ready to go on the screen again in the role of Thor – provided that the story will be worth the development.
“I love this character and the Marvel UniverseAnd if there is a chance to continue, I would like to agree. So far, no official news is waiting for a phone call, “he told reporters.
Now it is only known that in The Avengers: Judgement Day, the premiere of which is planned for December 2026, Torah is again allocated one of the most important roles (and according to rumors, scenario writers consider Hemsworth to generally make a sacrifice – for high bets).
