Jonathan Ross’s daughter Honey went on a rampage on Instagram after one of her topless shots was deleted.

A notice posted on her account showed that Honey’s snapshot with a friend sitting shirtless on the beach had been removed for violating nudity guidelines, even though it only showed her bare back.

Official community guidelines state that snapshots showing “completely naked sex, genitals and buttocks close-ups” are not allowed on the site, including “some photos of female nipples”.

However, Honey’s post contained none of those things, as she wore a pair of black briefs to make sure her butt was covered and away from the camera, calling Love Island for its lack of physical diversity.

Honey has now called the move “fatphobic”, posting on her Instagram Stories: “I hate to see a boss win. It’s a non-sexual vacation photo, the only difference is I’m fat.

“I could go find a million examples of skinny photo equivalents like this that are still standing tall and beautiful, but honestly I’m so tired. Not an anus in sight, I might add!

“I don’t even need to find an example, Love Island is on TV right now. Instagram is littered with photos of people in bikinis and swimsuits.

“My point is proven once again, I wouldn’t be invited or go to a show like this because the world is still so deeply fat phobic. My body is somehow seen as more sexualized or vulgar because it’s seen as out of the ordinary. .

He added: “My body is valid. My body kept me alive. On vacation I will wear a bikini and sunbathe (foam with SPF) topless. As people have done with European Christmas cards for years and years. “

Posting the topless shot, in which Honey wore a pair of black briefs to show off her tattoos, she wrote: “There’s nothing wrong with that. It’s a body, on a beach, in the summer.”

The body positivity activist also wanted to be a role model for other women, adding, “There’s nothing wrong with yours either if you find yourself sitting at home watching Love Island this summer, caught in a sea of comparisons.

“I’m more than happy to be living my life without Instagram, but it’s damn sad that bodies outside of what Mark Zuckerberg finds acceptable continue to decline due to their fleeting visit to the mainstream due to censorship.”

Honey later said she would host a podcast episode on the subject, adding that she didn’t want to “bang” Love Island because she knows a handful of “wise and compassionate souls” from the show.

The star continued: “However, it’s moments like this that make me think of people who have embarked on the body positivity movement.

“I stole it from people who really needed a safe space. The community. The representation.

“We saw you bent over elastic skin pretending to be a bum, and we see you now, slowly peeling off plus size sections of your brand.”

She clarified: “Also know that I am neither upset nor angry. Just exhausted from it. When I was a little younger, I struggled endlessly, but after the last two years Mum is tired.

“I just want to be hot and fat in peace.”
