Without computer images, without stunts against a green screen, without franchises for ten films – just a good film.
In the 90s, militants shot differently. Less budget – more drive. The heroes hardly spoke, but acted. The explosions were real, fighting – without “refinement” with special effects for every blow. Everything was rude, easier, but this was their attractiveness.
We gathered eight films that were not big hits, did not get any continuations, did not get into the tops. They were simply removed, released – and that’s it. And now hardly anyone remembers them. But if you switch it on, you won’t tear it off.

No extra scenes, no irony. But there is a pace, charismatic characters and the feeling that the bets are real. These films easily lose in technology for modern action, but win in what is made honest. No green screens are just a camera, light, actors and a little blood.
And more importantly – this still works. More than twenty years have passed and watching is still interesting. Because good -engineered action is not outdated. Especially if there is no extra scene in the frame.
