We are talking about a case related to filming the film adjustment of the novel “It Will End On Us” (it ends with us), where Laivli and Baldoni played in the lead roles. Blake previously announced problems on the site, including psychological pressure, and referred to the fact that she shared her experiences with Taylor Swift. The court ruled that correspondence may contain information with regard to the case.

Judge Lewis Lyman explained that the messages “can be important for evaluating the charges”, emphasizing that the confidentiality regime will operate for them. This means that correspondence will not fall directly into the press – but will become available for both parties within the framework of the procedure. So you can impose a lot on the fact that someone from the Baldoni team sooner or later the correspondence with the gossip magazines ‘salt’.

The reason for the request was the earlier statements of Baldoni’s lawyers who reportedly threatened to publish personal correspondence of Swift – the actress called these charges “absolutely false”. The parties exchanged a series of sharp letters and the judge later officially excluded the mention of “Chantage Taylor Swift”.

At the same time, the court had already rejected the Baldoni right case on defamer $ 400 million against life, her husband Ryana Reynolds and New York Times. However, the process continues and in the near future the end is clearly not expected.
