The mother of five took inspiration from her Instagram story and uploaded a photo of herself enjoying some family time while snuggling up with her mother and eldest daughter.
The charming model spent a lovely day with her loved ones as she later posted another photo of her mother, who is currently battling a terminal illness, and her younger sister Sophie, 32.
Katie’s mother Amy has been battling sadly since 2017 with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, an incurable terminal lung disease.
Over the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee weekend, the 44-year-old shared a selection of shots of her mother with her children, including Junior, 16, Jett, eight, and Bunny, seven.
Junior seems happy to be with his grandmother, who rests her hand on a cutout of Her Majesty, who is dressed in blue.
Katie captioned the photo: “Family Vacation Blues”.
The mother of five was open about her mother’s health issues and told Lorraine on the show how hard it was to see her suffer.

She said to Lorraine, 62, “It’s a horrible disease because you’re choking … it’s not good to see your mother like that.”
Earlier this year, Katie renovated her “Mucky Mansion” and was thrilled when she explained that her mom was planning a room in her new home for her move.
“Because it might be the last thing for me,” Katie said.
“And I hope it doesn’t, but when it finally does, I know I have a room that he has redone. It’s sentimental, a beautiful room, a room where life is beautiful.”
Amy also felt that the show was important to the family.
She said: “When you are not well you look at things in a different way and it would be nice if you could leave things that people remember about you.”
Last year, Katie explained that her mother’s illness was slowing her down, but she is still a fighter.
He revealed: “She gives a great show of strength, but her illness is slowing her down.
