SAG-AFTRA condemns Will Smith’s “unacceptable” Oscar slap to Chris Rock

SAG-AFTRA today condemned Will Smith’s attack on Oscar-winning host Chris Rock at Sunday night’s ceremony, described his behavior as “unacceptable” and suggested that the case be considered for disciplinary action.

Smith, who would win an Oscar for Best Actor, slapped Rock in the face after joking about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.
