TV host friends Holly Willoughby and Jake Humphrey shared a bed for six months when they both worked on the same TV show and the star’s wife even knew about it.

TV friends have worked on children’s TV in the past and Holly used to stay at Jake’s London apartment during their time together at CBBC.
The couple have been friends for more than 15 years after hosting CBBC’s Celebrity Fame Academy cover together in 2002.
However, apparently nothing bad happened as Jake had already started dating his wife Harriet.
Jake married Harriet in 2007, and according to Jake, she didn’t care that Holly started coming to her apartment.
Holly was living in Brighton at the time, so it was easier for her to get back to Jake’s house than for her, even though they often slept together, she says.
Speaking of the good old days, Jake told the Mirror: “Eventually we got to the point where we couldn’t bother getting the blow-up bed out, so for about six months we slept in the same bed.”
Jake noted that “nothing ever happened” between them, but admitted he wondered if things might have been different if he hadn’t met his wife.
He joked: “I wouldn’t say I met my wife too soon, but I’d say Holly’s worst habit is sleeping naked, joking of course.
“Holly is a good partner, but I look back on my time with her and wonder what it could have been, but at the time I was dating Harriet and she lived in Leeds.
“I had met Holly, so I knew what she looked like and it was fine with me.”
Jake met his wife, who also works in the television industry, at a nightclub in 1999 in their hometown of Norwich when they were teenagers.
Speaking of his wife, Jake added: “She’s brilliant, she’s great, she gets it.”
Holly and Jake met in March 2017 on ITV’s Play To The Whistle sports game program.
The This Morning host revealed to the rest of the panel: “I think I was staying with you because I hadn’t even moved to London at the time. So I was living in Brighton and you and I had a nice flat. I’ll go up and stay with you.”
Jake then confused Holly by revealing that they “shared a bed”, who then claimed to have slept on the floor.
He then confirmed: “For a while, but you didn’t deign to remove the mattress if you remember, so you just walked in.”
Co-star Romesh Ranganathan joked, “You’re so shit, Holly, you know what happened.”
