From Kitchen to Molodezhka: 7 endings of Russian TV series that most haven’t seen

In recent years, dozens of worthwhile projects have appeared on television screens, all of which, despite high ratings, viewers could not watch until the end. It’s all about the large number of seasons and episodes, stretching the stories of well-known characters over several years.

For those viewers who did not have the chance to see the end of their favorite TV series across the country, we have put together a useful selection with a short retelling of the main events of the finale:

Since 2012, Russians return with pleasure to the Claude Monet restaurant, where serious passions unfolded. At some point, the main character Maxim disappeared from the show, causing many viewers to lose interest in the project as a whole. However, later the creators returned the character and even reunited him with his beloved Vika, who managed to give birth to a daughter in season 5. Chef Barinov’s dream also came true: he finally won a Michelin star.

“Egyptian power!” – Russians heard this exclamation almost every evening performed by the head of the Voronin family. The sitcom lasted 552 episodes and might have gone further if not for the death of Boris Klyuev. At the end of the story, Leni’s long-awaited son was born and Kostya was offered a job in St. Petersburg. With difficulty, Galina Ivanovna let her son go, but the story ended in a familiar kitchen, where the whole family had gathered.

Do you remember the series “Don’t Be Born Beautiful”? The country followed the adventures of Katya Pushkareva for 200 episodes, but today few can say how it all ended. The ending was predictably happy: Katya became president of the company, married Zhdanov and had a daughter.
