To prepare you will need:
- flour – 3.5 cups;
- sour cream – 1 tbsp;
- egg – 2 pcs.;
- margarine – 1 pack;
- sugar – 1 teaspoon;
- baking powder – 2 teaspoons;
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
- chicken legs;
- chest;
- onion;
- salt and herbs to taste.
Mix sour cream, egg, margarine, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add flour gradually so that the mass does not tear. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for an hour.
Cut the meat into large pieces, add pre-fried onions.
Divide the dough into two equal parts. We roll one out into shape and form the sides. The filling is placed inside it together with the released juice. Cover the pie with the other half of the dough. Place the whole thing in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
