‘Colonoscopy chic’: Ayda Field Williams, 43, documented the medical procedure Wednesday when she shared a candid selfie in her hospital gown and mask on Instagram Stories.
The reports came after Ayda was treated to snacks like bread, hamburgers, some french fries and a “face-sized cookie”.

Finished! The Loose Women speaker, who is married to Robbie Williams, also shared a selfie after her colonoscopy, saying she “feels better and is ready to face the rest of the day.”
Former X Factor judge Ayda recently passed a series of extensive blood tests and is extremely health conscious after her mother was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2020.
Her mother, who is in treatment, also suffers from Parkinson’s and lupus, and Ayda wants to make sure she and Robbie, who had a colonoscopy last year, take care of their bodies.
Colonoscopy patients only need to eat regularly two days before the procedure, so Ayda made up for it with treatments later on.

“Carbohydrate Lover”: Posts followed, with Ayda loading up on snacks like bread, burgers, french fries, and “a cookie the size of her face.”

Sweetness: Colonoscopy patients only need to eat a regular meal two days before the procedure, so they make up for it with treats later in the month.
The procedure involves endoscopic examination of the colon and distal portion of the small intestine with a CCD camera or a fiber optic camera on a flexible tube through the anus.
The American Cancer Society recommends that women (and men) at average risk of colon cancer begin screening at age 45 and have a colonoscopy every 10 years until age 75 if they are generally in good health.
Ayda is reportedly returning to the popular daytime show Loose Women after a three-year hiatus as she plans to return to the UK with her husband Robbie.

She was last seen in an ITV survey in December 2019, but now a source told Il Sole: ‘Ayda wants to return to Loose Women after returning and settling in the UK.
The insider continued, “ITV has made it clear that it is pleased to be returning to the panel as he is such a popular character not only among viewers but also among everyone else working on the show.
Ayda has great ties to Serie A – and she always has a funny story to tell with her husband, Robbie.
“The show hasn’t been the same without her, and she can’t wait to join the other Loose girls as guest speakers.”
Ayda last appeared on Loose Women during the 2020 lockdown when she joined the panel via video to appear with Robbie in an episode reserved for the NHS.
