Sabrina Carpenter’s ex-boyfriend Bradley Steven Perry spoke briefly about her in the latest episode of his podcast.
On “The Sit and Chat,” which he co-hosts with Jake Short, the 25-year-old addressed the 24-year-old pop star, who appeared on New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, without naming her.
“My first girlfriend is doing way better than anyone else in the world, I’d say,” he noted, adding, “She’s way too good for this podcast.”
Perry dropped a telling hint about who he was talking about by saying, “She sings a little bit.”
Finally he said light-heartedly: “Wish her the best too.” I don’t even have to because she already has it. I don’t think she gives a shit. She wouldn’t even know [who I am]. She would say, “Who?”

It comes after Sabrina wowed during her performance at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square on Sunday night.
The Pennsylvania native closed the show with a performance of her songs Feather and Nonsense.
She wore a white lace mini corset dress for the set and shared a link to a YouTube video of the production on Instagram on Wednesday.
The singer-songwriter is known for changing the lyrics of her hit songs depending on where she plays the songs.

Perry’s comments come after Sabrina ranted during her performance at Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square on Sunday night.
On Sunday, she cooed to a live audience: “Clark’s everybody’s favorite d*ck guy / Toast anybody you don’t like / Balls drop everywhere at midnight.”
She attracted more than 32 million Instagram followers earlier this week and uploaded a carousel of photos from New Year’s Eve.
She looked gorgeous in the photo collection as she added a clever caption.
“New Year is just like me.” [I] was never the problem,” she wrote, receiving more than 2.2 million likes from her loyal fans.
