In January, extraordinary footage emerged of a heated argument between the pair while on holiday in the Queensland holiday destination.
In the video, which was filmed by an onlooker and later sold to The Daily Telegraph for a reported $10,000, Jade accused Michael of cheating on her with his former fashion designer Pip on December 17.
The video opens with Jade shouting at Michael before punching him in the face and pushing him away after the cricketer insists he didn’t cheat on her.
He then swore on his daughter Kelsey Lee’s life that he hadn’t cheated on her, but Jade refused to believe his desperate protests, claiming she had spoken to Pip.
