The 32-year-old reality star looked in good spirits as she headed to dinner at The Ivy in Manchester with her footballer fiance on her arm.
She looked effortlessly stylish for the outing, teaming a teddy bear jumper, mini dress and knee high boots.
Olivia completed the look with a small Birkin handbag, while a touch of red lipstick added a pop of color to her outfit.

Olivia had to miss the Loose Women Christmas party due to illness, but looked happy and healthy for her dinner party.
She showed off her swollen eye to her 2.1 million followers on Thursday after previously flaunting bandages.
Olivia revealed that although she now feels “fine”, she has a cyst under her eyelid and will need surgery to remove it.
She added that she had a video of the trial but that it was “too graphic” to post online and that it might make her fans “vomit”.
She zoomed in on her injured eyelid and said, “So the patch is off and all is well.”
“Thanks for all your messages, I know I look very dramatic – I basically had a small cyst on the inside of my eyelid.”
“Basically they turned my eyelid inside out and cut it off.”
The TV personality, who joined the ITV panel earlier this year, looked somber on Wednesday as she wore her black reading glasses over her eye patch.
She initially didn’t reveal exactly what was going on, but wrote: “I was supposed to go to @looswomen’s Christmas dinner… but my eye had other ideas.”
