Stassi Schroeder didn’t invite from her wedding because she couldn’t meet the Vanderpump Rules stars

Stassi Schroeder has finally had her dream wedding in Italy with her husband, Beau Clark, but it was much smaller than initially expected because she didn’t want to pay the hefty bill herself, the star revealed on Monday.

The 33-year-old actress was already “locked up” where Bravo withdrew from filming the wedding after Vanderpump Rules resigned, and Stassi had to drastically reduce her guest list.

Schroeder’s wedding went from 200 to just 35 during the Dear Media podcast The Skinny Confidential † because it was “too expensive”.

Hard Times: Stassi Schroeder was forced to annul the marriage and “cut 70% of the guest list because it was too expensive” after being fired under the Vanderpump Rules.

“It would be in Vanderpump Rules,” Stassi said, explaining that her private wedding would serve as a “bridge” episode to a now-defunct spin-off.

In 2019, Stassi took her and Beau to Rome, the show’s producer, to explore the hotel locations, rehearsal room, and wedding venue so they could get the rights to shoot there.

“So we found out our office was closed, we found our rehearsal dinner place, and we were locked up, we found the hotel,” she recalls. ‘Then everything went where I did it He was fired and we were still under lock and key. So they wouldn’t let us leave these places,” he said.

The author of Off With My Head explained that locals refused to let him cancel. At the same time, after sparking a racism scandal, all of Stassi’s sources of income – shows, podcasts and sponsorships – completely dried up.

Problems: 33 year old already

The Issues: The 33-year-old actress was already “locked up” where Bravo retired from filming the wedding after being fired from Vanderpump Rules and Stassi had to drastically reduce her guest list.

‘Bravo didn’t pay,’ he said, ‘I like it’We paid for shit and the positions wouldn’t let us out.

“Are we just going to eat this money and let it go? Or do we want to re-imagine what this wedding will be like and do we want to do it anyway?’ she wondered at that moment.

Beau and Stassi “cut off 70% of the guest list because it was too expensive”. Their invitations went up to just 35 out of about 200.

Tom Sandoval and Scheana Shay were unwelcome at the stylish event, and Sandoval was never invited as one of the 70% who actually retracted the invitation.

Sandoval and Stassi famously fought in a full-on screaming match during the 2020 TomTom autograph party, causing Sandoval to kick his opponent out of the bar.

“Obviously, everybody’s been pretty understanding,” Schroeder said of the hardcore guest list. We sent an e-mail like “No, it’s hard days, we can’t hold a wedding for 200 people”. That doesn’t mean we don’t like you, but you’re not one of my top 35 people.”

Stassi’s baby godmother, Katie Maloney, cut for the wedding, as did future ex Tom Schwartz.

Kristen Doute, who, along with Stassi, was fired from the Bravo show after falsely accusing black actress Faith Sowers of stealing from the police, also did not attend the wedding, but was invited.

“Kristen and I are friends, but not the same,” Stassi said on the podcast. “We’re all going in different directions. Our lives are so different. I don’t have time to be a Weho witch.”

“Bravo didn’t pay for it,” she said, “as if we paid for that shit and the venues weren’t letting us go. Are we just going to eat this money and let it go? Or do we want to re-imagine what this wedding would be like and do it anyway?’ He wondered at that moment.’

Doute congratulated Schroeder on Instagram, and a fan asked him why he wasn’t in Rome to celebrate.

‘Oh so bad I missed Rome but we have a wedding here already booked! I am very happy that she got the wedding of her dreams.”

Stassi and Beau started their romance in late 2017 and got engaged in July 2019.

The two were officially married for the first time in 2020 in a courtyard where few people attended due to COVID. They had to wait until 2022 to have the big, stunning wedding of their dreams with their friends in Italy.
