Francesca Packer has listed the Sydney apartment she bought just four years ago, according to a new report.
The billionaire heir is selling the house “in secret” for up to $35 million, the Daily Telegraph reported on Saturday.
She paid $16.75 million for the penthouse in 2019, so she’ll make a tidy profit.
Designed by renowned Australian-Austrian architect Harry Seidler, the apartment in the Horizons block spans an entire floor and has five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms.
It offers extravagant harbor views and luxurious amenities such as Cote D’Azur marble and designer lighting.

The penthouse’s selling point is undoubtedly its balcony, which offers 360-degree views of Sydney Harbour.
Luxurious interior details are present in the private lobby and continue in the 40th floor penthouse, with marble from Brazil, herringbone French oak floors, custom lighting and brass and leather accents.
There is a wine room and a wet bar to serve drinks, while the apartment complex also includes a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, barbecue area and landscaped gardens.
The Wentworth Courier learns Francesca bought the penthouse on Saturday after an auction where two interested parties failed to bid.

In the same year, Francesca, who studied at the Inchbald School of Design in London, spoke The Daily Telegraph about following in her mother Gretel’s footsteps in her career as an interior designer.
“Design is really fun. It’s something I’ve always been interested in and it’s grown recently,” she said.
“My mum was an interior designer with one of my godmothers (Adelaide Bragg) and together they had a design company,” she added, referring to their company Barham and Bragg Design.
Francesca also thanked her mother and grandmother Roslyn Packer for her work ethic.
‘They are amazing; “I’m not so much about strong, independent women as I am about strong, independent people,” she said.
