Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills mega-mansion continued to take shape this week — three years after she originally bought the vacant lot to build her third home.

The 26-year-old’s new home – which has been photographed in various stages of development since her historic purchase – now features a pitched gray roof and a full floor plan.

The property, which Kylie purchased in 2020 for a record $15 million, currently appears to have the entire structure of the home in place.

To the side of the palatial mansion is a large garage-like structure that could be used in the future to house her extensive collection of expensive sports cars and SUVs.

Although there is still a lot of work to be done before completion, the property, which is believed to have 15 bedrooms when completed, is showing good progress.

According to Architectural Digest, the main building is expected to be about 18,000 square feet, and one of the other buildings will be devoted to a smaller guest house.

Kylie – who has dealt with stalkers in the past – will also have a building built to house her security team who guard her land.

Next to her villa, the Kardashian star is building a swimming pool – which will probably be just as spacious – and a kind of sports field for relaxation and to make her training easier.

These structures were listed in her approved building plans, but she could also change her mind and build other bespoke structures instead.

Kylie purchased the five-acre property in Hidden Hills in May 2020.

The new home will allow her to stay close to her family, as the property is close to the homes of her mother Kris Jenner and half-sister Khloe Kardashian.

Kris owns an eight-bedroom mansion that she bought for $20 million, while Khloe built her house on land that she bought for $17 million.

Kylie’s other half-sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian also live nearby.

Following the property’s off-market cash sale two years ago, design plans were approved for a “12-car garage, guest house, barn, guardhouse for full-time security, sports field and swimming pool.” “

Kylie isn’t the only A-lister to buy the property – just like Miley Cyrus bought it in 2015. The singer’s horses lived there, but she never built a house on it and ended up selling it three years later.

The reality star’s latest property adds to her impressive portfolio. She currently lives in a $36 million mansion in Holmby Hills and also owns the Beverly Hills mansion that she and her ex Travis Scott plan to sell.

Kylie bought the Holmby Hills home, where she spends most of her time, in April 2020, just a few months before she bought the Hidden Hills property.

It’s unclear what style Kylie will choose for her new mansion since she’s starting from scratch, but her Holmby Hills home favors a boxy, modern style. The minimalist country house is painted all white, with a simple gray border.

At the age of 17, Kylie bought her first home in 2015, a 4,851 square foot home in her hometown of Calabasas. She bought the house for a whopping $2.7 million and sold it two years later for a staggering $3.1 million.

The following year, Kylie’s portfolio continued to grow when she bought a Hidden Hills mansion — complete with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms — for $6 million, but sold the property in 2018 for $6.7 million.

Clearly happy with her location at the time, Kylie bought a house next door for $4.5 million three months later, which she sold in 2017 for $5.3 million.

In 2018, Kylie bought a $13 million investment home in Beverly Hills with her then-partner Travis.

Kylie and Travis, along with their daughter Stormi, lived in the home briefly, but eventually listed it for $21.9 million.

A $15 million, 5-acre property in Hidden Hills

In May 2020, Jenner made the record purchase of 5 acres of land in Hidden Hills worth $15 million.

She’s not the only celebrity to buy the property, as Miley Cyrus bought it in 2015 because her horses lived there, but she never built a house on it, as she sold it three years later.

Purchased in April 2020, Kylie’s new property is described as a “resort complex” spanning 19,000 square feet and featuring four guest houses. It also features a private guard house, a professional kitchen and several on-site bars.

The property was originally on the market for $45 million, meaning Jenner received a discount.

$12 million mansion in Hidden Hills

Kylie got her current home in 2016, meaning she’s lived there longer than her other homes. The 13,200 square meter property is situated on 1.4 hectares of land.

Although she just bought a new house, it appears that she has no plans to sell the house anytime soon, as the house is not listed anywhere.

$13 million investment house in Beverly Hills with Travis Scott

In 2018, Kylie and Travis decided to buy their house in LA as an investment, but stayed with daughter Stormi for a short time.

Speaking to People’s Home, a source said: “Kylie and Travis’ new home in Beverly Hills is spectacular.” It is modern but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private.’

$2.7 million “starter home” in Calabasas

Jenner bought her first home in 2015 when she was just 17 years old. She chose the location because it was close to sisters Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian. She reportedly does extensive renovations to satisfy her “edgy” taste.

When the house was sold to entrepreneur Nikki Eslami in 2017, Kylie reportedly made a $500,000 profit.

$6 million “mini-mansion” in Hidden Hills

Kylie upgraded in 2016, purchasing a space that was nearly 2,000 square feet larger than her previous residences. It reportedly housed six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater and a four-car garage with epoxy floors.

Jenner sold the house in 2018 and even though it was a private sale, she reportedly made a profit of $1 million.

$4.5 million “office building” right next door

Just three months later, Jenner decided to become her own neighbor and is on her way right next door. Her plan was to convert the space into a home office, but just five months later, she put the house on the market.

It was sold to hockey player John Schiavo in 2017 for about $750,000 more than she bought it for.

A $5 million property in Hidden Hills

Jenner originally bought this vacant lot in 2017 with plans to turn it into a garden and horse farm, but that never came to fruition.

But about 10 months later, she decided to sell the property and still made a profit when she sold the vacant lot in August for $5.35 million.
