On Monday’s episode of The Masked Singer Australia, The Captain was revealed.
Hiding in the costume was none other than AFL football superstar Brendan Fevola.
The judges were stunned and Dave Hughes was finally right when he suspected he knew the man in the mask.
“But this is cheating. You are friends!’ Dave was charged and Brendan admitted it was difficult to keep the case a secret from his comedian friend.
‘I know. It was so hard not to tell you. “So hard,” Brendan told Dave.
Brendan further admitted that his fans could easily guess that he was also wearing the costume.
“My Instagram and Twitter are going crazy and saying, ‘This is 100% you.’ So I thought I’d come over and bring the party,” he said.
Things did not go smoothly for the football star, who said he struggled in the captain’s outfit.
“It’s so hard not to talk under this thing. Because I am a speaker. So I say, “Hey, everybody!” “They say ‘quiet’,” he joked.
Brendan said that although he wasn’t a singer, as judge Mel B previously explained, he had a good time on the show.

‘Who would have thought? It was very good. I wasn’t nervous for a moment. And the quantity? What an atmosphere,” he said.
‘It was so cool. I loved it. But it was very difficult because my mask, I have a big chin, kept hitting the front.
“And I think: I can’t sing.” And I can’t sing, as Mel said. “If it was a karaoke show, Mel, I would have won,” he added with a laugh.
