The couple, who married in 2018, sparked speculation about their relationship after Chloe appeared without her wedding ring at a party with friends – shortly after James was pictured chatting up a mystery blonde outside a London nightclub.

Since then, both have been seen several times without rings.

In a joint update shared on Instagram, they announced: “Chloe and I have mutually decided to separate at the end of September 2023.

“We had no intention of making a statement at this stage – especially while the television program was on air – but the ongoing speculation about our marriage has unfortunately forced us to do so.”

She added: “Other than this statement, we will not be speaking publicly about this matter and ask for privacy at this time.”
