“Real Housewives of New York City” star Ubah Hassan has remained tight-lipped when it comes to sharing her love life on reality TV.
The Somali model, 40, portrayed herself as single on the new season of RHONY, but dropped the bombshell in the finale that she was hiding a secret boyfriend from the camera.
Now Daily Mail can reveal that Ubah’s mystery boyfriend is German investment banker Oliver Dachsel.
Badger, the cryptic “Mr. Connecticut” in the Bravo series works as a director of a large financial institution in New York.
Despite keeping a low profile and avoiding the spotlight, viewers spotted the warm-hearted Dachshund with Ubah in the VIP section of the RHONY Season 14 premiere party in July.

The glamorous Ubah introduced Oliver to Andy Cohen and some of her co-stars, including Sai De Silva at the invite-only launch party.
Cohen recalled the encounter on an Oct. 8 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” describing Dachsel as “handsome, strong, and yes, impressive.”
Daily Mail has seen footage of Oliver mingling with Andy, Ubah, Sai and Erin Lichy at the event.
A source told the Daily Mail that despite trying to keep a low profile, the happy couple were “inseparable” throughout the night.
“I assumed he was her husband because I didn’t know at the time that she was pretending to be single on the show,” the source said.

“They were together all night. “It wasn’t like they were breaking up, but they never left each other’s side, they giggled a lot and she seemed excited to introduce him to people,” they continued.
“She was clearly very happy. “It was obviously a private party, but I sensed that she was comfortable with his presence.”
The couple were seen taking photos together at the event, but they hired a private photographer to prevent the photos from being published.
Daily Mail has contacted Ubah, Oliver and NBC for comment.

The model also said the relationship was “still good” during the Season 14 reunion, where Cohen shared that Dachsel was “very tall and handsome.”
Ubah’s love life became a hot topic towards the end of RHONY’s fourteenth season when Sai told Erin that Ubah was in a relationship, even though Ubah presented herself as single on the show.
Erin then broke the news to her co-star Brynne Whitfield, who later revealed the secret relationship at the show’s wrap party by “Ubah!” I heard you have a husband in Connecticut!’
Ubah eventually stormed out of the room, complaining that their romance was “confidential.”
Since the episode aired, the hot sauce entrepreneur has become more open about her love life, confirming on Watch What Happens Live that she’s “very in love and happy.”
Ubah also said the relationship was “still good” during the Season 14 reunion, where Cohen shared that Dachsel was “very tall and handsome.”

While still refusing to publicly reveal his identity, the model teased that Dachsel might appear with her on the next season of RHONY.
“Someone wants to know if I’m bringing my husband for season two,” she said during an Instagram live stream this week.
“I’m still negotiating,” she smiled, before looking cheekily at someone off camera.
Dashing Dachsel served in the Bundeswehr for a year before attending a private business school in Vallendar.
From there he attended Columbia Business School in New York and then worked his way up in investment banking for ten years.
Today he is the director of a large financial institution specializing in mining and investment banking.

In his Linkedin profile, Dachsel claims to have advised on “more than $40 billion in completed mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity markets transactions” since 2006.
Although Dachsel is in the banking business, he has a large philanthropic and charitable side.
He previously worked with nonprofit organizations to bring clean water to people around the world and is a board member of All Hands And Hearts, which helps with disaster relief.
Meanwhile, producers are currently filming the fifteenth season of Real Housewives of New York City.
