Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval are seen in the first photos together since the case was exposed

Thomas Sandoval AND Raquel Levis were seen conversing intimately in the studio that housed the Vander pump rules Season 10 reunion on March 23rd. It’s the first time the two have been seen together since news broke of their months-long romance that ended Tom’s nine-year relationship with Tom. ariana madix came to light earlier this month. In photos taken by page six Seen here, Tom, 39, and Raquel, 28, met in matching all-black suits and sat on the sidewalk facing each other as they chatted. Tom had a cigarette in his hand and was wearing sunglasses. Ariana appeared to be doing her hair and makeup, but then she changed into a pale green dress for the shoot. Tom had already been photographed in Raquel’s apartment, but they weren’t seen together.

Raquel’s presence at the event has been the subject of discussion around town, as she currently has a temporary restraining order against her co-star. Scheana Shay, 37, for allegedly punching him in the face. In court documents obtained from hollywood lifeRaquel claimed that Scheana pushed her into a wall in New York City and punched her, causing her “blurred vision and swelling in her left eye.” She also said in the court records that Scheana does not regret her actions and she would do it again if she deems it necessary. Scheana’s attorney, of course, denied that Scheana physically assaulted Raquel in any way.

Once Raquel (real name Rachel) got the restraining order, requiring Scheana to always say 100 feet away from her, fans were curious how Bravo would handle the season 10 encounter. Scheana’s attorney, Neama Rahmanihe went so far as to say that Raquel deliberately “sabotaged” the upcoming fight in a statement to PEOPLE. “The temporary restraining order, as it stands now, currently prohibits Scheana from being within 100 yards of Rachel, so they can’t both be physically present at the meeting. Not only did Rachel betray her friends, but she sabotaged this meeting because it simply cannot happen in any meaningful way while this order is in effect,” she growled.

Scheana later confirmed she would be attending the meeting in a statement obtained from hollywood life. “Scheana will be in person at today’s shoot,” Neama said on March 23. “Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to attend the meeting. yes raquel [Leviss] answer, Scheana e Vander pump rules will ensure that Scheana stays 100 yards away to comply with the restraining order.

“There is no real way to lift the temporary restraining order, so it will stay in effect until the permanent hearing on March 29, and then it will simply expire if Rachel doesn’t follow through,” the statement continued. “And if Rachel continues, Scheana intends to call witnesses and present evidence to refute her false allegations.”

Raquel has also previously confirmed that she will be attending the meeting. “Yes, I will attend the meeting in person,” she wrote in her Instagram Story. “Rachel will be there Vander pump rules meeting, in person,” a person close to the controversial reality star, who made headlines last year for hooking up tom schwarz in Scheana e brock davies‘wedding last summer – he said entertainment tonight. “Raquel wants to be there to show her face and apologize to Ariana [Madix] in person.”

Before today, bravo twitter accounts released two seat maps: one that included Rachel and one that included Scheana. With this setup, it can be inferred that Scheana and Raquel were switched at some point so they could both be featured with their co-stars.
