While a source told TMZ that the actor “seemed receptive at first,” things went wrong after a number of logistical issues, including where his current girlfriend would live if he received treatment.

The insider noted that relatives of one of her father’s fathers are “worried about him” and want him to “help get him back into rehab.”

The intervention was reportedly attended by his estranged wife, Nikki, who agreed to allow visits to their five-year-old son, Phoenix, if he remained sober.

But when the police arrived on the scene, Margera had already fled to a nearby wooded area and had yet to be found.

According to a police report, Margera began pounding on his brother Jesse’s bedroom door at 8 a.m. Sunday and left a disturbing message.

The note read: “If you even think about calling the police, I will officially kick you.”

Jesse says he then went downstairs to see Bam peeing in the sink, after which a fight allegedly broke out.

Jesse claims that after the fight, Bam continued his rage, saying, “I’m going to kill you.” I’ll put a bullet in your head.”

Bam also reportedly said he would kill everyone in the house, including the Margera brothers’ father Phil and two unidentified women. Bam then fled into the bushes behind the house.

An arrest warrant has now been issued for Margera, who charges him with four counts of making terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, one count of simple assault and one final count of molestation while in physical contact with another has.

The charges come just weeks after Margera was arrested in California for public intoxication after she got into a shouting match with an unidentified woman at a Thai restaurant in Burbank.

Video of that confrontation, filmed by comedian Evan Breen, showed the former professional skateboarder entering and leaving the restaurant after police arrived.

At the request of an officer, Margera sat on the ground in the parking lot and although his conversation with the officer could not be heard, he could be seen waving his arms and gesticulating wildly.

The arrest may have been preceded by some kind of family drama, as Margera’s estranged wife, Nikki Boyd, and their five-year-old child, Phoenix, were both at the restaurant, according to a witness at the scene.

However, the police did not clarify whether he was arguing with his ex or whether it was another woman.

The sources added that Margera will be forced to pay $500 to get early bail unless he chooses to stay behind bars until he sobers up.

Margera was also arrested earlier this month on domestic violence charges after police in California responded to his home in Escondido, where a woman claimed he kicked her.

The alleged victim was not named, but she was apparently Margera’s girlfriend Jessica and not his ex. It is unclear if she is the victim in the latest case.

Margera was eventually released on $50,000 bail, although the local prosecutor said no charges were pending against him.
