The 31-year-old model was casually dressed in an oversized baby blue button-down thrown over a gray camisole and khaki pants as she stepped out into the busy city with her two-year-old son.
The Gone Girl actress wore oval sunglasses to protect her eyes from the sun and a minimal makeup look to show off her natural beauty.
As she walked, the brunette beauty pushed Sylvester – who she shares with ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard – into a three-wheeled pushchair.
The My Body author recently broke her silence on viral footage of her sharing a kiss with Harry Styles just six months after her girlfriend Olivia Wilde broke up with him.

Ratajkowski kept her dark brown locks in a straight and casual hairstyle, with her bangs framing her features.
She appeared to be wearing light makeup to show off her glowing skin and only wore a simple nude lipstick.
Her son was also dressed casually in a button down with color block stripes, jeans and checked trainers.
Shortly before, she opened up about breaking the girl code by hooking up with her Vogue Spain friend’s ex-boyfriend.
“I didn’t expect this to happen,” she said when she was seen with Harry Styles in Tokyo last month. “But I think, in general, there’s a reason why certain celebrities live in LA, hire security guards and don’t go to public restaurants.”

She also now referred to her strained friendship with Wilde by simply saying, “It is what it is,” and that it was “just an unhappy affair.”

Now she told the magazine that her “life is focused” on her son and her work.
“But I think those issues don’t make the same flashy headlines,” she said. “The intrusion of private aspects is very difficult for me.”
