The 33-year-old mother of five made the most of her last day on Saturday as they explored Nurai Island and hit the beach.
With a big smile for the camera and a wave for the camera, Stacey got into a golf cart with her brood and left.
She was seen with her sons Rex (3) – who she shares with husband Joe Swash – and Zach (15) and Leighton (9) from previous relationships.

On Thursday, Stacey shared a kiss with her husband as the couple enjoyed a ‘rare date night’ over the holidays.
Sharing the sweet photos on Instagram, Stacey admitted that as busy parents, they sometimes forget themselves.
The TV personality revealed that her father accompanied her on the family day so they could sneak away while he looked after their brood.
Posing against an idyllic sunset, Stacey and Joe looked just as in love as she got down on his knee and penned a touching tribute to the EastEnders star.
The Loose Women panelist looked stunning in a white layered broderie anglaise balloon sleeve dress by In The Style.
She styled her blonde hair in soft waves and opted for very subtle makeup to finish off her outfit.
Joe looked stunning in a black turtleneck top and cream chinos for their romantic date at the beach.
