Update: She explained she went back to the ultrasound department for a checkup, but added that she “wanted to cry” there because visits are usually for “happier times.”
“Onwards and upwards. Grateful for all that I have.”
She added: “I came back yesterday and felt really bad. That’s right now. I will be back in the ultrasound department this morning to make sure everything is complete, then I can check out and go home.
“I just want to cry in these places when you’re usually here for happier times. It’s strange and very difficult, isn’t it?
“I’m fine, my physical health is back to normal. I think it’s normal to have some wobbles at this point.
“Memories from here with the boys. I love you all, thank you for being kind.’
She then shared a photo of her fiance Zeb and their three-year-old son Presley, and they admit they kept her positive.
Jess wrote: “My love keeps me sane. I love them both so much.’
Jessica revealed her tragic news on Sunday, writing: “I’ve talked about how it feels really weird to open up and feel vulnerable but you know I’m always open and honest with you all and it’s hard to pretend that i’m fine cuz it’s been a rough week.
“But I hope someone going through the same thing can help with that. I was pregnant and nothing more.’
Jess continued: “I talked about my first loss and I didn’t know I’d be back here earlier this time, but it still feels like shit.
“It’s not just about losing a pregnancy, it’s about the plans you make, your vision of what that baby or child could be, what your family is going to be like, and it’s taken away in the blink of an eye.”
Speaking about carrying on as normal for Presley, she said: “When you experience a loss, you have to pretend everything’s okay, wipe your tears and move on because you’ve got a little boy, you’re cooking dinner, you . “read the stories. “You do the school run. nothing stops’
“It was a traumatic day when it happened, which I did not expect at all. I tried to keep myself busy and going about my day, which was a big mistake.
“I rushed home in a panic after I was convinced last time (previous bleeding) it could happen again so I was just happy to come out the other side.”

Jessica began her post with a trigger warning, writing, “I discussed how opening up and feeling vulnerable feels really weird.”
Unfortunately, in 2020 Jessica suffered a miscarriage and lost her son Teddy at 19 weeks in 2020.
In July, Jessica announced she was in therapy for a baby loss and cited son Presley, two, as “a big part” of why she’s stayed so strong, but admitted: “I have days where I just sit and cry.” ‘
The reality star, who won the Love Island series in 2015, admitted she wants three more children after confirming her split from fiance Dan.
She spoke to new! Magazine about the loss of Teddy in November 2020, saying: “I’ve had therapy and I’ve talked to somebody and it’s definitely helped… I have days where I just sit and cry and all I want is that. ” come back, but it’s just sad.’
Looking ahead, Jessica revealed she still plans to expand her family, saying: “I’ve always said I want three kids and that’s not going to change for me because that’s my dream.”

Jess continued, “I talked about my first loss and I didn’t know I’d be back here sooner this time, but it still feels like total shit.”
Dan – who she became engaged to in August 2018 after six months of dating – moved in after the couple split in May, just six months after losing their unborn baby.
Jessica admitted: “You don’t expect everything to fall apart so quickly. To lose a baby and the person you thought you would have more children with and marry was a bit of a shock.”
But the Love Islander branded her ex a “great dad” and explained their divorce may not be forever, they just need “time apart”.
At the end of last year, it was announced that Jessica was engaged to her fiancé, Zeb, after a year-long romance.
With a cozy photo on New Year’s Eve, she went public with her new love on Instagram for the first time.
Businessman Zeb surprised Jessica with a romantic trip to Ibiza last month, where he got down on one knee and popped the question before sunset.

Heartbreaking: The reality star announced in December 2020 that she had tragically lost her son Teddy at the age of 19 weeks, when she emotionally shared that she was “drowning in grief”.

While discussing her surprise engagement, she told OK! Magazine: “We’ve only been dating for a year, so I wasn’t expecting it. It was a huge surprise.”

“I asked him to take some videos of me for Instagram so I was just standing there posing on the edge of a cliff and then I turned around and he was down on one knee! I was like, ‘Oh my god, are you kidding me? are you kidding Is this a real ring?’
“I didn’t get emotional at all and about three days later I started crying when it hit me.”
