The king of pop has once again tarnished his reputation.
Philip Kirkorov plunged into a huge scandal. For rampant behavior, the artist faces a serious lawsuit with a fan, whom he felt on the chest during a concert.
The woman herself went to kiss him, but the singer got excited and grabbed her by the convex part of the body. At first the lady started screaming, but a little later she laughed.
In an interview with the PopCornNews portal, lawyer Yevgeny Korchago noted that in judicial practice there were cases when women complained about such behavior even after 20-30 years. So it is likely that the lady can claim her “offender” in court.
But Kirkorov probably has a whole pool of lawyers who use all the “victim’s” arguments against themselves. Lawyers will be able to prove that all this happened through mutual desire.
“The court will analyze the file and the woman’s behavior: what she did, how she reacted to being touched. If they determine that everything was with her consent and she did not protest, then the chances of bringing Kirkorov to justice are minimal, ”Evgeny Korchago concluded.
